Our outpatient laboratory services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our advanced imaging services are available every day, all day, with MRI services offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We aim to provide you and your family with accurate imaging and laboratory testing, along with fast results for quicker diagnoses.
How Outpatient Services Work at Milwaukee ER & Hospital
Have your physician fill out the order form and fax it to our facility. You or your physician can also submit the form to our imaging department’s email using the button below. If there are any questions upon receipt or review of the order, our patient services manager will immediately reach out to the physician’s office. Our team will contact the insurance company and begin the pre-authorization process. Once pre-authorization is confirmed, we will immediately reach out to you and inform you of the approval. It’s important to note that while we offer same-day pre-authorization before testing, authorization is dependent on the insurance company’s response time. Authorizations generally take longer to process after hours and on weekends.
Insurance and Outpatient Services
Unfortunately, some insurance companies deny the approval of any testing that is deemed non-emergent. We offer cash pay rates, which can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket costs and eliminate the need to wait for insurance approvals.

Our advanced imaging services include CT scans, X-ray, Ultrasound, and MRI services. We offer our patients a top-tier experience through:
