We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Access Representative to join our fantastic team!

The Patient Access Representative (PAR) is responsible for greeting patients or guests in a friendly and courteous manner. The PAR is also responsible for the check-in and check-out functions by obtaining accurate patient demographic information, financial information, and insurance information, obtaining necessary signatures, and collecting co-pays. The PAR must maintain a neat, professional appearance and an organized work area.

Shift: PRN Nights (As Needed)

Qualifications required:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • 5 years of previous Healthcare / Insurance Verification in an emergency department, hospital, or clinic setting.

CT / MRI / X-Ray Tech (PRN)

We seek a dynamic and dependable CT / X-ray / MRI Tech to join our team.

The CT / X-ray / MRI Tech (Multi-Modality) is responsible for assessing patients and safely performing routine radiographic procedures in accordance with prescribed safety procedures and protocols. The Technologist has certification in Radiography. In addition, the technologist has been trained successfully and registered in the additional modality and performs the following duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including CT, MRI, and X-Ray, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging processes, adhering to aseptic techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to interpret imaging results and provide essential information for patient care.
  • Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with hospital protocols.
  • Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging technology and techniques

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in each modality
  • one year of experience in an ER Hospital Setting
  • Associate degree or equivalent to a 2-year college or technical school.
  • Certificates and Licenses: ARRT and BLS American Heart Association.
  • Multi-modality Technologist requires certification in two (2) or more of the following modalities: Radiology (X-ray), Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound (US), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), or completed cross-training program in that modality (Preferred)

  • CT: 1 year (Required)
  • MRI: 1 year (Required)

  • 2 years as a CT and X-ray technician in a hospital and/or ER setting.
  • Associate degree or equivalent to a 2-year college.
  • Certificates and Licenses: ARRT

Responsibilities

  • Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures in the emergency room setting, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Adhere to aseptic techniques and safety protocols while preparing patients for imaging.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to interpret imaging results and assist in emergency medicine procedures.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with ARRT certification standards.
  • Document patient information and imaging results accurately in the hospital’s electronic health record system.
