For Immediate Release:

MILWAUKEE (June 12, 2025) – Milwaukee ER & Hospital is proud to announce that its emergency room physician, Michael Brin, DO, has been named ‘Top Emergency Medicine Doctor of 2025’ in the June issue of Milwaukee Magazine, marking the sixth time he has received this prestigious honor. This repeated recognition reflects not only Dr. Brin’s dedication to patient care but also the Milwaukee ER & Hospital team’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional healthcare to the community.

The annual top doctor honors, organized by Milwaukee Magazine, celebrated the top medical professionals across multiple specialties in Milwaukee and the surrounding counties for their exceptional dedication, service, and impact. The annual honor is voted by a group of medical peers, featuring more than 50 specialties and over 900 physicians considered the “best of the best” in the community.

“I feel incredibly honored to have received this award again. It is humbling to know that my peers, not only in the emergency department but physicians throughout the different hospital systems I have worked with, hold such a high regard for the care that I provide to my patients and our community,” said Michael Brin, DO, Emergency Medicine Physician at Milwaukee ER & Hospital.

This marks Dr. Brin’s sixth time being named a ‘Top Emergency Medicine Doctor,’ reinforcing his consistent excellence and strong reputation across Milwaukee’s medical community. Also, this is not the first recognition that Dr. Brin has received. In 2017, he was honored for his life-saving actions taken during his time on the Wisconsin Badgers football team during a post-game celebration stampede.

Milwaukee ER & Hospital is built on the mission to provide exceptional care to all in the community as a trusted medical care provider, offering accessible services without the barriers typically found in traditional hospital settings.

“I’m excited to be working in a new community at a new facility, where I will continue to strive to meet those expectations for all of our patients,” said Dr. Brin. “Thank you for this recognition.”

The honorees of the ‘Top Doctor 2025’ recognition were announced in the June 2025 issue of Milwaukee Magazine.
