Our Mission

Our mission is to provide the residents of Milwaukee, and its surrounding communities—Greenfield, Oak Creek, West Allis, Cudahy, St. Francis, Bayview, Greendale, Franklin, and Hales Corners—with access to concierge-level emergency care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Frustrated by the current state of emergency care, our founding physicians sought to solve the issues that are typical of large, congested hospitals. Our brand of inclusive and compassionate emergency care became the remedy.

We provide immediate access to the best physicians, nurses, and support staff our community has to offer, all in a calming, upscale setting. Our dedicated team, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, ensures that patients receive exceptional care and treatment quickly. And because all of our physicians are also owners, you’ll receive a higher level of personal attention and care.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The staff are exceptionally sweet. I wasn't able to get help because the state won't recognize a private hospital. They seemed genuinely upset about that. Everytime they go to the state to bring up the fact that they would love to take Medicare/Medicaid or Badger care patients the state denies them. So if you have private insurance or no insurance, I highly recommend this hospital. It is very clean, the staff is awesome and it's much cheaper than any other hospital in Wisconsin. Thank you Milwaukee ER & Hospital staff for everything you did do for me. The kindness, the ice and restoring my faith in humanity. Good luck and God bless.

The team of Nurses were kind, patient, and supportive while I cried. The Doctor was one of the most compassionate I have ever had the pleasure of seeing as a patient. His knowledge how to treat my condition was such a blessing. Thank you so much. I walked out feeling like a wasn’t a burden or that they were annoyed I was there, but rather that I was welcomed and would be well cared for.

I found this hospital on google after something was stuck in my cornea thanks to the team that took care of me ( Freeman, Colette, and Nicole.)  they were able to get it out and made me feel extremely comfortable while doing so. Everyone was so kind and not once did I feel like a bother by being there THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!
